  1. Beautiful bit of timber, and a great bit of turning Afshin-always good to test our skills out on something different! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  2. Well done, walnut is one of my favourite timbers… what did you use to put your makers mark on the bottom, looked very precise

  3. Good job of that nice wood. Well done. Where do you find your logs? Keep up the great work.

  4. Beautiful job Afshin. It was truly nice to see that pith leave you just a kiss of itself on the bottom of the bowl. Beautiful job! I'm sure that oil will help stabilize it.

  5. Thank You Afshin….English Walnut…it sounded hard ?….Afshin you do enjoy Coffee at times I see …ha….Nice job Afshin….MORE PLEASE….tm

  6. Afshin, why don't you look into patreon? It's a way for us to support your craft and your turning Journey. Even if you're in a different country. I truly would love to support you in any way I can.

  7. Well done Afshin. One of the challenges of turning is to adapt to the faults in the wood and you did that admirably. Oil finishes are great and I use Tung Oil a lot. It really brings out the beauty in the wood but it needs to cure in normal temps for 24 hours before applying a second or third coat.
