Woodturning – An Armistice 100th Anniversary Project

Woodturning - An Armistice 100th Anniversary Project
This project is about tenacity. In this week in which we mark the 100th anniversary of the Armistice, I was reminded of the determination shown by the allied forces during WW2 in defeating the Germans and their allies.

I wanted to give up on this project several times but in spite of this, the outcome was a large, attractive bowl.

  1. My I say that looked hard work but nothing compared to the sacrifice of two world wars but a fitting bowl to remember them by great work 👏👏👏

  2. Superb video and bowl William. The Ugly Duckling story springs to mind, very, very impressed with your perseverance and resolve mate. A fitting tribute to the men and women that made the ultimate sacrifice in both world wars to ensure and secure our freedom.
    Take care.
