  1. Awesome video! I did this on a project I'm working on. It's been almost 24 hours and the parts I used black spray paint are still wet (sticky). If I wipe more off the color comes off. I did this after I had 2 coats of stain from a few days ago. Is it normal to have some of the paint sticky for a few days? I have to wait (according to the stain directions) 72 hrs before I apply poly. But I wanted to make sure I didn't miss any steps. Any advice? Thanks

  2. hi izzy, you once mentioned a super outdoor homemade finish but you never gave the details.. or I missed it.. I would be grateful for the tip..  thanks..

  3. This is a good demo. You took a couple products that most people have in their house and made a nice looking finish. Of course if I were a jerk , I could critique this method. "You should be using a w 2 thousand dollar Kremlin air assist, with a vinyl toner, compatable glaze, and post catalyzed top coat all thinned with manufacturer spec reducers" … mmmmmm I forgot, you don't want to spend thousands on a small lid, and nobody cares what I think. Lol keep up the good videos!.
