Filament Friday #53 - 3D Printed Woodworking Corner Clamp Braces on DaVinci Jr.
Chuck needed some braces for a project he’s working on that would keep the corners at a near perfect 90 degrees. He decided to design his own in Tinkercad and print them on his DaVinci Jr. 3D printer. In this episode of Filament Friday, he takes you through the steps to design it, print it and then use it on a corner joint.

  1. Chuck, nice video. But I think you may have increased your print time adding the triangles clearances at 25% fill. The shells around the triangles can add a lot to print time.

  2. Hey Chuck, just saw that xyzprinting are sell flex filament. Can you do a demo on this new filament
    Thanks

  3. could you show a video on making a big print into small printable sections to print on a small printer

  4. I must say, you like to dislike ratio is absolutely amazing! You should run for president! There's no way that you could lose!
