Building a Giant 12′ Live Edge Conference Table // Woodworking

Building a Giant 12' Live Edge Conference Table // Woodworking
How I built a huge 12.5′ conference table for Gary Vee’s new LA office. I linked up with Urbn Timber to create a Live Edge table top from ash slabs, then welded up a base from 1/4″ plate steel. Thanks to Bernzomatic for sponsoring this video, be sure and check out all the links below!

  1. I've been following along and it's awesome to see it all come together in the video – very cool!

  2. Looking forward to the torch projects! I have that same little one you used, it's super handy to have around for lots of things. And I like the base on this table.

  3. Great Build! Been watching Gary V. For years. Still have a vintage Jets poster that I need to frame and send his way.

  4. You do fine work sir, that table is beautiful. So did you alternate in until you had continuous welds or did you use stitch welds, 2-3” long? They looked pretty good to me. The end product looked very clean, so much so that I could not really see the welds on my phone screen. Nicely done

  5. The down part tube could have been another ribbon of the metal so it would match better. Other than that, nice project
