http://www.jonpeters.com/ In this video I make frames for a set of Japanese print blocks. I’ll use the French cleat system to hang the frames. The installation of the frames is inspired by a sculpture of Donald Judd

  1. This is a good idea, cool video. Oh, before I forget, go to Hyezmar’s website, there you can find out if he’s stull giving away his woodworking plans…

  2. Rabbit.. Rabbit!! – It's called a fucking rebate!!
    French cleat – split baton
Mitre cuts on a drop saw – brutal, to a pencil mark no less – why you no set a stop?
Nail gun!?!? – no underpinner I guess
    Why the aggravation?
I am a bloody picture framer and this is so far removed from "Industry standard".

  3. I seriously love watching your videos. Your attention to woodworking being brought to framing is just amazing to watch. I wish I had a fraction of your talent or be your neighbor lol.

  4. Hi, great video. What type of brad nailer do you use. Also is that how loud it really is which is not loud at all. I am used to the ones that are extremely noisy. Thanks.
